We use Redstar Logistics, a subsidiary of FedEx for our shipments. Redstar Logistics picks shipments from our office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Only orders whose payment has been received as at the time of pick-up will be picked up. Every other order will have to wait till the next pick-up.
Within Lagos, deliveries will be the next day following pick-up.
Outside Lagos requires at least two working days after pick-up.
Redstar logistics do not work on weekends and public holidays.
Lost or delayed orders as a result of an address error submitted by the customer are not the responsibility of Carrot Top Drugs. Orders that are returned to us as the result of an address error can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If the customer elects to cancel the order, it will be considered a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To exchange product in case of damaged merchandise or a broken tamper-resistant seal, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required. To request an RMA, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
An RMA may also be requested for products purchased within 30 days that are unopened with safety seals intact. Please note a standard 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
